Does anyone know the rank/roles for Portland police based on what they’re wearing? And if their authority changes depending on their uniform?</p><p>We have the yellow/black ones that are always on bikes, then the street ones with some wearing white shirts and others wearing the dark blue.</p><p>I’d like to know for safety. Also, I’ve looked online but can’t find any info.
