My proposal for electoral reform is to entirely replace the multiple-choice test which ballots now are w/ short essay questions.
Each voter records the issues which matter to them in the form of a supporting thesis.
& then the Electoral College Teaching Assistants collect all the ballots
& grade the essays not for a letter but a candidate whose stances match.
Whichever candidate has the best writers as voters gets to be in charge.
