What is it with german companies and inventing a new freaking app for doing MFA? Like, I've probably a half dozen german MFA apps on my phone, because none use WebAuthn or Passkeys.
It's seriously tiresome.

@liaizon@social.wake.st @thisismissem@hachyderm.io The frustration you're describing is very similar to what we experience in South Korea, especially with internet banking and major platforms like Naver and Kakao. Here, too, many entities insist on their own unique and often cumbersome authentication processes, leading to users juggling a multitude of security apps and methods.
