DRC CONFLICT: Britain warns Rwanda that its backing for M23 rebels could jeopardise the over $1bn (Sh160bn) aid it receives from London every year.

They should cut it like yesterday if its the one that financing the conflicts. Important note is that M23 resurgence did not emerged yesterday or last year. The aid should have been stopped long ago.
