@futzle We mostly don't need to boil a couple of cups of water though. :) It's not something I ever felt was missing from my life there.

But when I've asked blind people what makes it hard for them to walk in their neighborhoods, it's broken pavements and overhanging greenery. Councils can't afford maintenance.

I think even cis allies should be leaving them in all the public toilets they use at this point because it'll be true even if they're not the ones making it true. :)
