@steffo It's part of the central donut, that is isolated from the rest of the city so it ensures the walkers visit all the houses in the outer donut! Only the market walker can exit and enter the donut, so it can get the goods she distributes later.

A mini project I might tackle on holidays is a Let's Play Archives format LP of Caesar 3's campaign. The pixel art is super cute, and I think that a "city planning, blueprint-to-execution" format would be a fun narrative!
