we released the music video for SUFFER PUPPET yesterday! i'm really proud of what @ritualdust and i created, along with our DIY team of talented pals. the vision i had for this song finally exists, and it's reaching people who understand it and find it cathartic, which is more than i could ask for as a small artist with stuff to say. link is below if you wanna check it out.

i went back to dance classes at Studio 303 yesterday for the first time since 2021, cuz if i make alt-dance pop and i wanna make a crowd dance... i need to dance. (i also need to improve my cardio, because singing while jumping around is hard, jfc)

the visualizer for SUFFER PUPPET came out yesterday! behold incredible custom game design by @ritualdust. watch as my low-poly likeness wanders casually down a road of sinister "fun" and destruction into the void and then triumph.

we went over the top with this song's visuals, but because of what it means for me i knew it had to be that way. full music video drops on April 29!

as i battle with mental health and the rollercoaster of a new medication cocktail, i find myself longing for the guidance of my mad irish ancestors, the geilta, who were both feared and highly regarded as poets and warriors. when haunted by their furies, they would retreat to the wilderness to be alone, congregating in glens to share their experiences, and making pilgrimages to holy wells to cure their madness (e.g., Tobar Na nGealt, "Well of the Mad" in County Kerry). imagine having a living connection to a lineage that redefines your madness and disability as a sacred and spiritual role! imagine having your crazy outsider art regarded as prophetic and healing. sounds a lot better than the horrible alienation and dehumanization that is a lot of modern psychiatry under colonial culture.

our next single, SUFFER PUPPET - which i wrote in a fury a year ago - is finally coming out on April 1! (it ain't a prank i swear.) it's best summarized as a "survival horror dance anthem for the strange and deranged." we'll be releasing a visualizer on the 1st, followed by a lyric video and the full music video in the following weeks. i had a massive vision for this song, and i can't wait to show you how we brought it to life. and @ritualdust made a whole damn video game world for it based on my lore and inner psychological landscapes! anyway i'll be posting more here, but we revamped the website if you want a taste of the visuals.
