@andypiper Another good one is tinylytics. The free plan is limited to 1,000 hits per month, so keep that in mind. Not open source, but built by an active fediverse community member.

@ApostateEnglishman I've got a stock Mastodon instance running. I added some custom CSS templates and that was fun. I'm still a bit nervous about upgrades (it's bare metal, not docker). The last few went fine tho.

I'm running the new IceShrimp.NET as a docker image and it's really starting to come together. Excited to see the development there.
