It’s no surprise to find that the ‘author’ is a self-described ‘content writer’ and ‘blogger’. (Good ones never say they are.)
Maybe get a clue, folks. Nobody likes content marketing tactics from 2010. Especially me.
No, I didn’t waste time looking at the article. But I wouldn’t be surprised if it had a table of contents, which all the bullshit seo articles have anymore.

Again, I didn’t read it to know, and don’t give a shit, but having worked in that domain for years, especially wearing the editing hat, I’ve seen a lot of desperate grasping.
