It looked like my previous Citroen C1 when I used it as a truck to bring cement sacks at home…

A Citroen ... Giggles ... Is it true that Citroen drives have three Citroens, one they are driving, one just about fixed and one waiting to be fixed ... Giggles
I know a number of Citroen collectors in Sydney, they all seem to have three of them ... Giggles

@Melissabeartrix @GustavinoBevilacqua we had one as a fleet car, unusual diesel variant with semi-auto transmission (and even flappy paddles, which you had to use as shift points in auto mode were all goosed (even then it wasn't the smoothest 'box). I took it out for a drive in the village late at night and got followed back by the Police, who came up right behind me, turned on all the aux lights so they could scan ANPR and then drove off (as it was going straight back to registered address)

On our honeymoon in Bretagne, we rented a Citröen. 1981.
It was cool.
Pneumatic suspension lowered the car to make it easier to get in and out but raised when the engine was running, for visibility. Very smooth ride.
Dual headlights. One pair moved with the steering wheel so you could see where you were going to go, not just where the car was currently pointing.
Of course, all that was extra complications, which would need maintenance.

@EricLawton @GustavinoBevilacqua
I never said they weren't a good car, I just always noticed people had several, to make sure they had one that was working ... Giggles
They were very advanced for the time
