I dunno man, this might be unraveling on him. I been saying for a while that the courts appear to be moving as if they know Trump wants to remove them from the separation of powers, so they're pantomiming a justice system in the hopes that after he's gone, the judiciary itself can be restored. They don't WANT a fight with him because they'll lose.
Except all of a sudden, now they DO want a fight with him. Something has changed.
