Not thrilled with this current trend towards "electronic"/automatic desiccator cabinets. I want to keep them near the other chemicals, which for obvious reasons don't have nearby electrical outlets. Also it seems like people are happy with 40-50% RH and that seems awfully high to me? (there are ones that go down to 10%, but I don't really want to spend 2x 2000 on cabinets). Grr. Arg.
Why can't I just buy new ones of what we had (with working hygrometers)? -

Next generation desiccators will be "smart" and connected to the Internet, like the most recent fridges, so you can meet your friends on X while chemicals are drying

@GustavinoBevilacqua I'll go back to the incredibly heavy and awkward to use glass ones before I allow that in the lab.
