I have been the #OutsideGirl again. Disappointed in the buttons and lace selection online, I voyaged to one of the local shops with mum by foot. Here I am, sitting down, staring at the shop already in sight but so far away!
I did wear this one jacket I haven't used much since making it, and found such a variety of cotton lace that I may have gone overboard.

@sinituulia What is overboard when it comes to nice materials, though? As long as you don't have so much that you could open up a store, surely it isn't that bad?

@sindarina Loved how the notions shop person was like "...How much?" because she needed to check that I actually asked for 6 metres.
I did! And the spool had one bad bit, so I got more than six with half a metre for free! -
@sinituulia @sindarina wait, isn't something like 6 to 10 metres basically the standard amount of lace one would usually buy? :D
