Games and Guides
It seems I’m writing a lot about games here, I probably should write another book post, but well, it’s what fills my mind more often than not, and I seem to have more opinions about games than books for some reason, even though I enjoy both a lot. It’s fascinating reading other people talking about playing games with guides, which feels weird to me, maybe it’s because I’m from the “olden times” when we didn’t have constant access to the internet in the time that I started playing games.

@sotolf i mostly agree!
my favorite thing is to do both: reach the credits of a game (any% / beat) on my own with as little external assistance as possible, then "unblock myself" from spoilers and do whatever else i've missed or i still feel like doing (100% / complete) with all the knowledge available offline (friends) and online (wikis)!
i feel it allows me to discover and mess around with things at my own pace, and then experience everything the game has to offer without having to waste time in figuring out opaque requirements like "the combined level of all Lords must be less than 50 before chapter 23" on my own...
