L'8 Settembre 1988 quei mattacchioni dei Bad Religion pubblicavano Suffer, un disco destinato a diventare una delle pietre miliari del Punk Hardcore melodico, quello che da li in poi sarebbe semplicemente stato definito come il "Punk Californiano".
NoFX, OffSpring, Pennywise, tutti i gruppi successivamente hanno indicato quel album come il loro punto di riferimento

15 tracce, per una durata complessiva di 26 minuti, praticamente meno di due minuti di media a traccia

38 anni dopo è ancora un disco unico, godibilissimo dalla prima all'ultima traccia, in un lungo grande respiro!

Tra le mie preferite, "Give you nothing".
