Pff something insane happened in my house with there being a demolition of an old house next door. A huge boulder came through the ceiling, big enough to crush anyone or anything. We are really lucky nobody got hurt but definitely shook

Ask for a statics verification of your building, to be sure the structure is not damaged: usually it could be done by firefighters (and paid by the contractor working on the old house).

@GustavinoBevilacqua firefighters and police came by. Tomorrow morning they will be back to see what next steps are and if we need to evacuate as the building can be seriously damaged
