Naw, it's the fancy lads in funny suits principle.
See, for like 10,000 years of human history, so basically all of it, fancy lads in funny suits have been coming to my people and explaining to us how we have to do terrible things, usually against our best interests, for powerful people. And for whatever reason, my people keep falling for it.
I got nothing in principle against communism, but in practice, it's more fancy lads in funny suits telling me and mine to sacrifice for "important ppl"

I don't believe it is ultimately possible for people to "trust their government." I think if you build heirarchies of power, the kind of people who want to exercise power for their own ends are gonna end up in charge. The only government the labor class can trust, is a government comprised of the entire labor class - not representitives, direct democracy.
And as such, I'm done with fancy lads in funny suits. And I hope, some day soon, the rest of my people will be done with them too.
