Has anybody an idea why you need to reconnect all clients for a #train #wifi when passing a border?

@publicvoit I don't *know*, but I believe that while in a country the connection for that wifi would come from one mobile provider (even if through different cells), and then the provider will have to change while passing the border?
in that case, I guess that there would be a change of ip addresses, and I don't know whether there is a reasonable way to make things work seamlessly, or if it would be complex enough that reconnecting all clients is just preferred.
