Playing with that mini-panini shape I was exploring on a previous hot-day bake, using the toaster/convection oven. So this is another round, with a sourdough brown flour and oatmeal version. Low contribution to heating up the house and smaller batches make it fun to play with ingredients.
An 800g pan loaf is also baking up close on its tail.
