EV's on the rise in Europe:
European consumers purchased 166,000 battery EVs in January, up 37% from a year ago.
(Tesla sales were only 9,900 units, down 45% from last January)
I see many tiny EVs (like Biro and Opel) in Amsterdam. Not sure these are counted in the 166k.
