I built a three channel thermocouple amplifier interface with a datalogger, display, and GPS module. The Adafruit GPS module and code are amazing, but they're also like 13KB and that sucks up a LOT of an atmega328's memory. So either I get timestamps and speed, or I get datalogging and a display. Or I move to a Mega but then I have to rewire all the SPI (or I finally use that adafruit feather.) Anyway, it all works so now I can measure temperature drop across the radiator while driving.

The bench hardware: three amps (one is mistakenly grounded so it's not recording) and a prototype shield that splits SPI and power and also handles the parallel connection to the LCD. The gps module is visible off to the right. Yes the speed readout is in knots.
