I'm in a #running slump. This morning I almost opted for a home dancing session but then I looked outside and I saw the
for the first time in weeks and decided to go.I planned to go slow and run 1 hour however, while still keeping it slow, I find it enjoyable enough to complete the 11 km loop.
Does this mean it's the end of my slump? We shall see.
The #boatoftheday is called Blandina.
