Fuck the supreme court.
Once you erase one class of woman, you eventually erase all classes of woman. Once you define women via biology, you stop defining them by presentation and expression. Women who wear trousers at work are equally valid as woman who wear skirts. This is important to consider because once you consider only biology to be the main factor, then that opens up all kinds of secondary discrimination.
What about ethnic minority women? Are they "biologically women"? Well, of course! It's obvious that Black and Asian women are biologically women!
Are you sure? Because it wasn't even 200 years ago that Black women were seen as "biologically" inferior and therefore weren't considered the same class as "women".
You see where relying on "biology" gets you?
