Did the foiling on the latest test pieces I waterjet cut for the stained glass hemisphere. I think I'll increase the offset back to 0.5mm from 0.4mm, it's a bit too tight in places. And any cumulative error is very bad on a design that wraps back around to meet itself in multiple dimensions! And I've definitely got to scale up some of the smaller details so they aren't completely lost in the foil/solder! To add insult to geographic injury, I managed to lose Tasmania at some point. Sorry, Australia. Nothing personal.
