We took Haruki the kei car to his first car show yesterday, Classic Japan. Run by the Toyota Car Club, it's open to all Japanese cars that are 25 years and older.
Spotted this imported Voxy van on the way, and a fun Echo.
-
Gates opened at 10am, we got there around 10:30am and it was already busy. Excellent turnout of public and cars. And so well run and organised too, parking was beautifully lined up and neatly done.

Haruki with his peers

Cars kept on pouring in, so the car park was fun to look around in.
-
This is an all Japanese makes show, which means a very broad range of cars and models.
-
We wandered in to see the show.
-
The weather was predicting storms but it was still a great turnout of cars and people.
-
A Suzuki Cappuchino! Haven't seen one in years. #Keicar
-
Lots of Toyotas naturally!
-
1989 Toyota Soarer Aerodeck. Nice bit of engineering! Another grey import.
-
Mmm red cars
-
Some surprisingly obscure cars were there. A friend of mine has six or seven Belletts, but they are quite a rare thing here now.
-
This is the Isuzu 117 Coupe!
-
This is a Toyota Publica 700, I had never heard of before.
