Harvesting(?) chive seeds. I wasn’t expecting to do this, but was doing a little triage against tonights inevitable slug attack and saw the chives were seeding all over the ground. ‘Hmm, better get those’, I thought, because I don’t want random chive patches all over the yard next year. They’ll be cultivated in the herbs patch and the pots closer to the kitchen.
Btw, is there an open viable seeds exchange going on in Europe? I send you this, you send me that kind of thing?

I have the chive seeds down to as separated from flower stuff as I can get. The little bowl.
Not very separated, in my opinion. How can you get further? Must be like a panning for gold kind of trick? I can’t get anything to work.
