The full 3D print of the labyrinth waffle plate template came out acceptably. Still having some weird warping in the middle of the print, but it's very localized and I think fixable with some filler. Assuming the ball nose end mills arrive, maybe I can get started with this on the pantograph tonight.
(My current theory re warping is that the FEP sheet in the bottom of the goo vat has gotten stretched and is no longer taut enough, so I've got some replacement sheets on order and hopefully that will solve things.)
