I spent 10 years saying "no, it's worse than that. No, you have no idea how bad it is. No we're not done with fascist just because he lost an election. These guys are coming. Concentration camps, probably mass murders, it's coming."

Then, this year, JUST this year, my tone has changed to "I dunno, I think he might not be able to turn the trick."

Start at January 1st and look at what he's done and how it went over.

The one saving grace about fascism is these guys believe their own bullshit, and they always go too far.

Well Trump has gone too far, on multiple occasions. And it's not because you or I are mad that I know this; none of these rich nazis and collaborators give a fuck how mad WE are.

It's because Trump started costing rich nazis money. Part of that is the wars, part of that is the general strike, part of that is the boycotts and protests but it all adds up to "burned my rich donors."
