I am skipping the last day of #FediForum because I am, quite literally, working for democracy.
As the secretary of the local polling station of Riva Ligure, my hometown, I am overseeing the preparation and validation of the electoral ballots in my constituency for tomorrow’s and Monday’s #referendum in Italy.
We are going to be voting for more rights for workers, and for a shorter required time to be residing in Italy to obtain the Italian citizenship.
PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER!

Fun fact: the polling station where me and my father are working (he’s the president of the polling place) is the classroom where my mom teaches Italian to a gorgeous, lovely (at times maddening) class of seventeen six-years-olds.
