Water in the Saint-Lawrence river in Montreal QC is so low right now that many boats are stuck in the mud.
People are concerned that they won't be able to take their vessels out of the river before the water freezes.A few days ago they tried to raise the water level in the river by allowing water to flow in from Lake Ontario dam, but it didn't rise enough :/. A very tricky situation.
