I'm not a Windows user, so I don't see the benefit of making Ubuntu's GUI look like Windows. I think Ubuntu has the easiest-to-use GUI of any OS, even compared to other OSes, right from the initial setup stage.

@kotaro that's laziness, I suppose. Some of the hardest things to change at work are an employee's working habits. People used to work daily in a Windows environment might find it helpful (although getting used to the Ubuntu UI is not so impossible).
