Today i did another trip near my house.
I wanted an easy ride because i trained hard this week (jump rope and HIIT mainly).
So i scrapped most of the ascends off of another track i planned and kept the flat parts with heart beat target under 150 to do "base" aerobic training.
It was difficult not to push at 100% as usual, but in the end i was almost rested and funny anyway!
