You need enough of you to make arresting you all impractical but we really could just seize all the places of power and tell them to come out with their hands up. We wouldn't be the first ppl on Earth to go with that plan.

This isn't an automated process. People, very rotten people all over our power structure, are giving the orders for this shit to happen. And those people have offices, with street addresses. We can literally just surround the offices and demand they surrender.
And yeah, they'll try violence, but at a certain point you can't just arrest everybody or you don't have a country. And you need someplace to put them all.
This doesn't have to be a shootout. We can come in numbers too large to shoot.
