I have an (old) axe to grind.
One of the many odd, rusty tools left in the metal atelier in the boiler room.
Looks like they were using it as a splitting maul; it has shiny dings on the poll and bit.
I’m not in a rush to fix this up, but I will eventually.
When this head was forged, our entire commune would have been wore-torn orchards and a few half-timber farm homes.
