Okay maybe I don't want to read that book, but I refuse to accept the sunk cost fallacy attached to how much I've already invested into the wheel of time series.

@valhalla I think I've found the pattern in the Jordan books.
High plot prologue. Chapter 1 is something completely different, then an excruciatingly slow plod until the last 2 chapters where there's plot again, but it's unsatisfying plot because he rushed it.
