@Cadbury_Moose @fluffcthulhu @vaticancow those 300 m of railway are only served by Italian trains, and any kind of electrification would have to be compatible with the Italian railwayIf they have to buy custom trains for that service, I guess they could just do something with a battery? afaik they are in use somewhere else for short unelectrified stretches in an otherwise electrified line.
