@sarahjamielewis Nothing is obviously wrong with it. This is just a guess, but it might be the capitalization on the unicode escapes? Mastodon capitalizes them. Here's a mastodon note that I keep around for regression testing

@hrefna actually, it might have been on Twitter, not bluesky. But that it changes much. But I'd rather not have people incessantly correcting me in trivial details while ignoring the actual substance. So, maybe this will help prevent that

@hrefna 1. The co-organizer has been arguing terf-y taking points on bluesky. It's very routine terfery, and it seems a lot of it just comes straight out of Irreversible Damage. She's been kicked out as an organizer, but otherwise the reaction has been kind of grudging and defensive.

2. Also, the remaining organizer has a history of doing the kind of demanding, entitled, white fragility that is so common around here that most people can't even see it. So that part isn't getting talked about, but makes the first part less surprising.
