An hour and a half into a pie-making session. Into the home stretch.
I am not on my game today, easily forgetting things that need attention. But no tragedies and pie elements are almost ready for assembly and bake.

Stopping for a tea while both I, and the pastry, chill briefly.

Finished the pie I'm working on for supper and it's well into its baking.
Seemed like more effort than it normally is–maybe not sleeping well last night is the culprit. Got it done anyway. :relievedSmile:The reward is in the eating.
