It occasionally bugs me that absolutely no one is working on the YEAR 9999 problem.
Meanwhile, I once had a t-shirt that said on the front:
“Linux: Y2K compliance since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z”
on the back it read:
“… just don't ask me about 2038!”… at least many folks are working on that one. Which is kinda too bad as I thought it'd be my retirement job to work on it, but it'll probably be fully solved by 2036.
(I have the shirt but it's almost illegible now.)
