Ugh. Wife just called me. She was coming home from up north and was rear-ended on the autoroute. She’s ok. The car not so much. The hatch is literally folded in. My only means of hauling anything.
And the bitter irony, she was coming back from having a tuneup and new tires for our road trip. I guess that’s off.

Oh, and we have 15 people over tomorrow and were supposed to prepare all the food tonight. I’ve already been working all day on the house.
This will be a mood killer for her (and a long night for me).

Yeah, if there’s a bright side to this, it’s a new/different vehicle with more hauling capacity. But I won’t be holding my breath.
