I see all the hallmarks of an order that's not going to show up. I ordered a thing a month ago, which claimed it would arrive in three weeks (due tomorrow), but its status says it hasn't shipped yet.
The item is still being sold currently with a delivery indication of two days. That incongruity often means it's going to be a battle to actually receive it. Might be worth cancelling the order and re-trying.
Maybe they'll surprise me.

As of 3:30pm that item on order for weeks, and due tomorrow, still hasn't shipped.
I'm not going to get this am I. :(
And then I get to start the search & order process all over again having wasted weeks.
Such is my life lately.

I did the 'chat' thing yesterday on that suspiciously quiet order and the auto agent assured me 'the item is being packed for shipping and you'll get it tomorrow."
This morning, sure enough, still not shipped. And now just got a 'cancelled' notice.
Nice that they waited 2weeks to tell me they couldn't sell me the item, so I get to start from scratch finding a suitable item. (it's a little lighting system for a shed)
Ordered an alternative. Let's see what happens this time.

Here is why I prefer brick&mortar shops, if I can.

@GustavinoBevilacqua Yes - definitely, and I'll pay a little more even, on top of the added effort to physically go pick it up. It's always the niche, specialty things that force you to online.
