My toaster-oven bread baking on this hot day is progressing.
Here is a set of little mini panini buns I whipped up. Bigger loaves baking now.

Cracked open one of those buns. Nice crumb, and with a bit of butter it's tasty indeed.

@GustavinoBevilacqua yum! I have some fresh roast pork from the deli on hand so that should be nice for lunch tomorrow.

Two loaves also got the toaster oven treatment. A few rotates during the bake to keep them browning even. Rather classic-shaped loaf-pan loaves for a change.
One 650g and one 450g loaf.
