@steffo It's part of the central donut, that is isolated from the rest of the city so it ensures the walkers visit all the houses in the outer donut! Only the market walker can exit and enter the donut, so it can get the goods she distributes later.

@steffo as far as I know, no, but their routing is not optimal, so if you limit the possible paths to take, that optimizes their routes
