Tonight at 5:19 my phone rung. it was my mother's phone number.

The call went something like:

me> hello? hello?
me> hello?
her> what? how?
me> hello?
her> my phone called you as I tried to check the time

luckily @diegor was reading in bed because he couldn't sleep, and I had just half-opened one eye enough to see the light from his ebook reader (and then closed it again, but had not completely fallen asleep yet), so it wasn't as traumatic as it could have been.

Then this morning we were all in her living room, her phone was on the table, I could see that *she wasn't touching the phone* and her phone called me again!

Should I worry?

La telefonata è stata qualcosa tipo:

lei> stavo controllando le ore e il mio telefono ti ha chiamata.

per fortuna @diegor non era riuscito a riaddormentarsi e stava leggendo, e io avevo appena semi-aperto un occhio a sufficienza da vedere la luce del suo lettore di ebook, l'avevo richiuso, ma non mi ero ancora riaddormentata, per cui è stato meno traumatico di quanto avrebbe potuto essere.

Poi stamattina eravamo tutti nel suo soggiorno, il telefono era sul tavolo, io la vedevo e *non stava toccando il telefono* e il suo telefono mi ha chiamata ancora!

Devo preoccuparmi?

secondo me è una situazione alla Interstellar dove stai cercando di autocontattarti dagli interstizi dello spaziotempo per dirti qualcosa come "non mangiare quello yogurt scaduto!"

@bbacc @diegor il fatto che abbia il mio numero nella home pronto da chiamare sospetto che possa aiutare, ma la spiegazione del messaggio dagli interstizi dello spaziotempo mi pare più plausibile :D

(ma lo yogurt che ho *appena* finito di mangiare aveva il 23 maggio come scadenza! :D )

@gemlog @diegor I have a pope card (actually, a few), I can give it to somebody who is already nearby and ask them to do the exorcism, it sounds more practical :D
