@Bridgemakes @minnfinn (in Italy) I know of conkers only from a book about exotic games from all around the worldand I live in an area with plenty of horse chestnuts, so it's not the lack of materials
@Bridgemakes oh, I've always assumed that since he was an Earl he was probably going to be in a range between meh and asshole, it's nice to hear that something is named after an actually good person!
@Bridgemakes/me waves the secret salute of “fancy kirtle sleeves worn just for hanging around the house”!(in my case it's one of the first costumey dress I've ever made, and not up to my current standards as a costume, but definitely comfy as a hot, but not extremely hot weather dress)

@0xf0 @Bridgemakes purses have their place, but functionally they are pretty different from pocketsunless you go fully 1700, with stays for load distribution and chicken-sized pockets, and skirts big enough to cover them: then pockets can do the job of purses (but not vice-versa)
