@MelissaBearTrix If you've got one disk and its only you using it, may as well put everything on the one partition. Multiple partitions are good for multiple disks and for coralling away users and/or apps that might like to fill their partition.

Okay, Fediverse, I think I'm officially looking for a new job. Not urgently, as I _will_ need a break from the current one. And I haven't left my current one and I don't know when I should do that.

I want to say "full-stack web developer" but I'm not quite sure I am. Been doing React+TypeScript for a while. Can also do raw JavaScript and HTML and have done for decades. Not super up-to-date with CSS but can generally get there. Know how to do good API abstractions. Good with SQL. Good with IT security requirements. Not sure how much of all these I want to do.

Not that great at supporting 24x7 apps as I greatly value my not-work time. Prefer only internal customers.

Sydney. Prefer hybrid, especially if the office is CBD or thereabouts. Not interested in moving.

Don't want a company leaning into AI. Unless I can be not a part of that.
